Terpsithea Christou

Managing Director 

Terpsithea is a successful professional and highly competent team member with more than 22 years of professional industry and hands-on experience in key areas such as management and financial reporting, statutory reporting, risk analysis, project evaluation and budgeting, feasibility studies, VAT and Tax compliance, audit, and due diligence.

Her professional experience is extended both in Cyprus and in the United States of America (USA) where she held key senior managerial positions in multinational and listed Organizations. 

Terpsithea has extensive experience in different industries such as Healthcare Industry, Corporate Services Industry, Telecommunications/High Tech Industry, Food and Beverage Industry, and Construction Industry. Key positions held were Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) and Group Director of Accounting and Finance. 

She has also served as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors in the organizations she was employed. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas State University, USA. She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus).

She is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in Cyprus. She currently teaches:

1. 1. AC2200 – Management Accounting (3rd Grade Students)
   2. AC3200 – Advanced Management Accounting (4th Grade Students)
   3. AC2500 – Management Information and Control Systems (3rd Grade Students)
